Cho 2 gói mì tôm vào nước lạnh ngâm trong khoảng 1 phút rồi vớt ra để ráo nước.
Hành lá và ớt rửa sạch, cắt khúc ngắn. Cho trứng gà, hành lá, ớt vào chén, đánh đều.
Cải ngọt rửa sạch sau đó cắt khúc dài 5 cm.
Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong chảo. Cho 2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm vào xào thơm rồi cho mì gói vào, xào trong 2 phút.
Tiếp tục cho thêm 1/2 muỗng canh sa tế, trứng đã chuẩn bị vào, trộn đều với phần mì đang xào cho đến khi sợi mì vàng và trứng chín.
Làm nóng chảo khác với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho cải ngọt vào xào, thêm ít nước lọc. Nêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 2 muỗng cà phê nước tương. Xào chín thì tắt bếp.
